Timeouts when calling "contacts/v1/lists/all/contacts/recent"

So, I call it the first time and get a correct response, but when I call it the second time (including count=1&timeOffset=&vidOffset=), it gets a timeout.

This exact code worked a few weeks ago, but suddenly, in testing, it gets a timeout.
