Unable to fetch tickets using the hapikey

Hi,

I am a superAdmin in the account and I am trying to fetch the tickets using the url "
https://api.hubapi.com/crm-objects/v1/objects/tickets/paged?hapikey=[hapikey]
``

But it throws me an error which says "{"status":"error","message":"Must have scope TICKETS_READ"....."

Is this an access problem due to my account limitation? or I am missing something on adding the scope

Hi @Chaitanya_Krishna,

To fetch tickets, you must be using the Service Hub product, which had not been activated in your test portal. I've just started a Service Hub Free trial here in test portal 4960894. You should now be able to experiment with the Tickets API.

The "Must have scope TICKETS_READ" error usually refers to an account limitation. What is your Hub ID?
