Unable to upload to hubspot via FTP - 551 error

I am unable to upload files to hubspot via ftp. I am using filezilla.
I receive the following 551 error - Response: 551
My colleagues have tried on their computers and all receive the same errors.

The person on this thread seems to have the same problem: File upload fails with FTP reply code 551

But the solution is for hubspot to 'restart their servers', which sounds odd to me.

Hi @jameshollands,

Just checking in on this;:

1. What is the full path you're trying to save to? HubSpot does not allow files to be added on a category folder. Files must be saved in a subfolder of its category folder.
2. Can you Direct message me your Hub ID and the template file you're trying to upload?
3. Can we get screenshots of his settings?

I am using FileZilla FTP client.
I have followed the instructions here: https://designers.hubspot.com/docs/tools/hubspot-ftp

I have tried using different files to upload, but get the same error. When I try to upload, FileZilla tries 3 times to upload the file, then stops after the 3rd fail.

Can you give me some more info on these errors? Where are you trying to save the files in HubSpot? Which FTP client are you using? Are you unable to upload any files at all?
