When creating a engagement I can provide a list of contacts it is associated with:

Is there an easy way to change (add and remove) the associations of an engagement in a single request? I tried providing a new association list when I PUT to engagements/v1/engagements/:engagement_id but it had no affect.
It’s currently not possible to edit an engagement’s associations after it’s been created. I’m not aware of any plans to allow updating the associations of an existing engagement, but if you have the inclination, I would encourage you to check out the Ideas Forum on the HubSpot Community. There, you can post your use case to be seen by HubSpotters, partners, and other customers.
