Webhook not return any response

I have created a workflow, in which I have create webhook that send data in POST formate to my test file http://requestb.in/1fcejmi1. This file always respond me ok message. I required contact data when the field “Life Cycle Stage” set to MQL (Marketing Qualified Lead). For this I create this work flow.

Please guide my why url not send the data in JSON formate.
Remeber: I want to post data to other Web application.

Is the workflow action set to GET or POST? Looking at the results in the requestbin, I only see GET requests, and the contact data would only be sent if you select POST.
