Today 2016-12-12 my sales personal is working in the CRM platform but my webhook subscription is not
sending any notificatifications to my configured backend endpoint, is threre any problem with the platform at
the moment, please get back to me asap. Thank’s.
PS: My app all the last week was working fine, but today is crash.
Are you seeing anything in the Webhook Logging section of the Monitoring tab for your app? Or anything new in the Webhook Subscriptions dashboard for the app? Are the webhooks firing and getting errors? Or does the logging not show them firing at all?
