What is the best way to display past sales for contact

newbie question: but have been tasked to use the api and to display previous sales from a POS system against a contact and wanted to know the best way to do this as see only these as options:

• Deals
• CRM extensions

Or is there a better way?

Hey @Rob,

I think Deals are going to be your best bet. That will help in revenue reporting as HubSpot will total up all the closed won deals to their associated Contacts automatically so you can get the lifetime value easily. Basically you will just add each transaction as a deal with 100% close probability by marking them with the stage Closed Won.
