Will moving only main domain out of hubspot affects our sub-domains?

We are slowly moving our websites from Hubspot to our own server. As part of this we now want to move only our main domain from HubSpot but will moving only main site creates any issues to our sub-domains? Is there anything we can do about this? This is very urgent. Any information about this will be really helpful.
I'm not entirely clear on what you're looking to do. Can you clarify what you mean by you 'main domain'? Are you referring to your primary subdomain (e.g. www.example.com)?
