"You do not have the correct role to grant these permissions" in oauth2 access

“You do not have the correct role to grant these permissions” in oauth2 access

Hi, we have been trying to use the COS api with oauth2 authentication.
We already created an app y the developer portal an got these settings:
client_id: f84a06f8-becd-492d-8a2e-9fc6fa5aa07f
secret: XXXXXXX863235
Basic Oauth checked
scopes: content checked
Hub ID of the developer user: 3942632

Our app is starting the oauth2 process, is redirected to your authorize path.
For testing we are using a Paid Marketing account with this data:
Hub ID: 3943886
Scope: content
This account is a Super Admin

Testing with that user we are getting this mesage: “You do not have the correct role to grant these permissions. Please contact your administrator.”

Please help us to resolve this issue. We created the paid account with the goal of testing the behavior of the integration we are planning for our product, so please let us know what we can do (not using basic api token authentication).
