Email vs Landing page - issue with multi-line personalization token

Hubl Local Server and FTP
Hi I am amble to get this working and view the vast templates. How do I add my own template in to be viewed? How do I see my files I have created in the browser view in hubspot via ftp as these files are missing (using filezilla)? Thanks
