Chat Availability Settings Should Apply to the Bot
I set my chat settings so that the chat launcher will hide outside of our business hours. Since I'm using a bot to greet and capture the name & email address of the person wishing to chat - my chat availability settings are being ignored. So I'm read more

Hello! It would be great to have recommended dimensions for the picture that goes on the live chat / chatbot tool in the options tab. To provisionally solve the gap, what are the recommended dimensions? Thank you very much.

Hello, I would like to know if there is a possibility to link from a URL to the live chat function. Like, I'm reading a blog post and there is a CTA to "Need help?", and if I click it opens the live chat / bot. How may I do this? Thank you, read more
