Enable retrieval of property history in the V3 APIs
The legacy API has a "property mode" to include history when fetching entities. The new API does not have property history at all. Whether the same endpoint or a new one doesn't really matter, but it's super useful to be able to fetch history.

I have some weird behavior with the Forms API. It seems to decide per form whether the validation information of the email property (at least) should be included. I first thought it differed across portals, but now find that it differs between forms read more
