Hi, we created our bot and it seems correct. The only problem is that at the end the chatbot doesn't close the chat (even if there is "No action") and so the user can still chat with him without receiving any kind of response. Is there any way to read more

Hello there, we installed Hubspot tracking code in out application and BEFORE putting it the identification event is sent ( https://developers.hubspot.com/docs/methods/tracking_code_api/identify_visitor ). But even if I identify my user with his e read more

Let's say like this. The contact is created in Hubspot through an API call because, some of those, are old customers that weren't handled by Hubspot...read more

Allow customers to log in and see their Ticket inbox, history, statuses, replies etc. Ideally integrate this with Knowedge Base too.

Hello, we currently have a integration between our platform (eDock) and Hubspot in two ways: we set values on contact properties after the user does something on our platform we create timeline events using our Hubspot app called “eDock”. read more
