504 - Gateway Timeout occurs frequently

My new developer account doesn't seems to work
It sends me to this url: https://app.hubspot.com/developers-alpha/4335660/ . And it gives me this error message: image.png 2872x304 38.3 KB I properly activated my account (with the email link before that). Thanks
