What actions cause the user token / utk / hubspotutk cookie to be set?
Does every link in every outbound email (no matter whether it was part of a campaign or not, etc, etc) automatically append the querystring parameter that sets the utk cookie (as long as the tracking code is installed)? Are there any types of email read more

Do Tracked Links only work the first time they're clicked?
I'm noticing that when a visitor clicks a tracked link (in a marketing email), they correctly land (after a redirect) at the destination URL, with the appropriate query parameters added → causes the hubspotutk cookie to be set → you can then use tha read more
